I’m Todd Palmer and I’m the Chief Rulebreaker.

I’m the guy who exists to improve lives. The leader who knows that we only learn by leaning into the uncomfortable, and away from the comfortable. The confident personality who lives ATV (Authenticity-Transparency-Vulnerability) all day, every day. I’m the amateur baseball player who knows you are successful by failing 7 out of 10 times. The adventurer who walks with cheetahs in Africa. The CEO who will walk the path with you. The recruiter who knows that the best anyone will ever be is on a first interview (or first date). The facilitator who calls out the Pink Elephant in the room. The Life-Long Learner who will help you continue to grow yourself and your business.

I am the founder and President of Diversified Industrial Staffing (named by INC Magazine to the INC 5,000 (a record-setting 6 times!) as one of fastest growing companies in America and one of CORP! Magazine’s “Michigan 50 Company to Watch” and “a Best of Michigan Company.”)

Service is at the heart of my work ethic. I have had the honor of serving on behalf of the American Staffing Association (ASA) as the Industrial Section Council Chair and as president of EO Detroit (a group of successful CEO’s with combined revenues in excess of $100 Million dollars, cha-ching!).
